How can I close my Woli account?

If you are not satisfied with our service, you can close your Woli account at any time. Closing your account is NOT an automatic process.

On your part, you will need to click "DELETE ACCOUNT". You will then need to enter your 4-digit account password, as well as the 6-digit one-time password that will be sent to your mobile phone. Your child's card will be automatically deactivated and a member of our Customer Service team will contact you!
