Of course!
In case you want to delete your child's Woli account, as well as your own account, and get a refund of the money that exists in these accounts, you just need to send us an email at support@woli.io. The email must contain a bank statement of the account (.pdf or .jpeg/.png) to which you would like us to credit the money, showing the name of the account holder (it must be in your name) and the IBAN of the account.
Once this is done, we will forward the request to our technical team in order to start the refund process immediately!
In this particular case, however, you should be aware that there is a 5.99€ charge, as described in Woli's Terms and Conditions!
